Your stylist cannot wait to get to know you and will be taking the time to perform an in-depth consultation to establish your wants, needs & desires as well as solving any problems you may be having with your hair currently.

Together you will be designing your haircut and/or choosing your colour based on your lifestyle, face shape, skin tone and time restraints. Your stylist will offer advice on how to manage & maintain your style at home as well as the products needed to make your hair dream come true. We use a selection of the finest luxury products on the market each chosen for the unique benefits they give to your hair.

What to expect:

Hair Consultation

We want to get to the heart of your hair dreams or dreads! We want to establish your personal needs and desires as well as solving any hair problems or concerns that you have. We’ll take the time to discuss your hair type and work together to design a style that suits your face shape and skin tone, as well as your lifestyle.

First Class Stylists

Our stylists are highly trained and accredited, specialising in styling, colouring, reconstructive treatments, extensions and much more. You can feel confident that you’re in great hands, as well as feeling at ease in our comfortable and friendly salons.

Luxury Products

We personally select the highest of quality hair products for our clients, including L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Redken, and Olaplex. We have extensive knowledge of the products, their benefits and how to use them to enhance a variety of different hair types.

At Home Care & Advice

Smoothly transition your style from the salon, straight to your home. Our stylists are on hand to provide expert hair care and style maintenance advice to ensure that you get that “salon perfect” style everyday! Ensure your style lasts longer with our guidance.

Ways we are protecting you:

We understand that many clients, exiting and new are a little nervous to step out, following the events over the past year. Therefore we want to put our clients mind at ease so they know exactly what precautions and policies we have put in place to make your visit a safe an enjoyable one.

Safe Arrivals & Exits

Please wait to be invited into the salon as we would have a prepared section ready for you, we will also check your temperature on arrival. We ask that you arrive alone where possible, we can only have one client per stylist. Children must be able to follow distancing requirements.

Personal PPE Packs

A face covering is to be worn during your visit unless exempt, please bring your own so you can feel as comfortable as possible. Our teams will be wearing face masks and visors throughout the treatment. We have a sealed personal PPE pack for each client which has a clean sanitised towel and disposable gown.

Sanitation & Safe Distance

Auto hand sanitisers are available throughout the salons and we ask that you use them upon arrival and when leaving. All equipment, the chair and surrounding sections are sanitised before and after every client, we are now using steam cleaners as well as a fast acting Anti Bac. We will be maintaining the 2m distancing rule and doing everything practical to minimise transmission risk when working closer.

Contactless

We now have Digital Magazines available by scanning a code with your phone or Ipad! Retail purchases will be sanitised, please do not touch (as tempting as it is), our team will serve you. Lastly we prefer cashless and contactless transactions when possible please.
