We are proud to have so many Specialists, Senior Specialists & Team Specialists who have been nurtured and have grown with the company to become our core Specialists. Each with their own talents and specialities we are enriched with such a fantastic and diverse team. Charlie Brown is a space for our team to flourish and express their expertise, whilst feeling confident and comfortable, with the loving support of one another.
Many of our team started as school leavers and now have families of their own. This same philosophy continues with the new generations that join our tribe each year. The future for our team is exciting and bright!

Amy has over 15+ years experience, she was a manager and an educator before starting a family and has recently returned to the role of company educator. Described as fun, professional & very approachable by the team, Amy is always attentive & dedicated to her clients as well as being a great team player.
Jennie
Senior Specialist
With 14+ years experience Jennie is one of our most talented hairdresser & amazing colourist, she is also an amazing mum to a young son and daughter.
Michaela
Specialist / Manager
Michaela is a Specialist level stylist & Manager at our Banstead salon, Michaela was trained at a top London salon before deciding to work more locally after lockdown, she cuts a great graduated bob & loves all colour work, having recently completed her Colour Degree with L'Oréal . Michaela is a house music lover in her spare time and enjoys the odd cruise & loves holidaying.

One of our fantastic home grown Stylists, we constantly get great feedback on the quality of the work Abi is producing & the customer service she delivers. Very thorough in her consultations & advice. Always happy, and a great team player !

Meet Issy our home grown talent. Issy is a great all rounder who loves colouring especially foiling, long hair cutting, blow-drying & perms.

Lauren is a fantastic all round stylist who loves cutting & colouring. Lauren is also one of our go to Stylists for Perms, both full head or partial which are popular with Gents at the moment.

A well loved member of the team, Ellie is a great all round hairdresser. CB trained to a high standard Ellie currently works 2 days at Reigate & 3 days at Banstead.

Our Team Specialist Gemma is the holder of a colour degree, Gemma enjoys cutting, in particular short hair & razor cuts, she is always attentive to her clients and an inspiration to the team, she is also a great mum to her two daughters. We are lucky to have her.

Senior Specialist
Lewis loves his job making his guests feel amazing, loves total makeovers & is fond of Extensions, he’s a serial Instagramer & bubbly character. Passionate, enthusiastic & fun to work with, loves his holidays & lives life to the full.

Team Specialist
Over 13 years experience, a previous manager & fantastic hairdresser, Sarah’s consultations are in depth, she always gives 100% to every client & her customer service is amazing. She is a super mum too! Currently on maternity leave carrying her second child.

Always happy & smiling, Grace has returned to Reigate having trained with us before starting her family, giving her great knowledge for the role in the salon now.
